At Album Crafters, every album is handcrafted and made to order. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.

📦 Processing & Production Time

• All orders are custom-made and require production time of approximately 14–21 business days
• Production begins after full payment and final design approval
• Orders may be delayed if design approval or required files are not received on time

🚚 Shipping Time

• Once production is complete, orders are shipped via trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
• Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method
• Typical delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days within the U.S.

📍 Shipping Address

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Album Crafters is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
• It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and coordinate delivery if needed

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Album Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs (for international orders, if applicable)
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the client

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

3. Include photos/videos of:
   • The packaging
   • The product
   • The shipping label

We will review the case and proceed according to our Return & Warranty Policy.

🚛 Drop Shipping (Direct to Client)

We offer drop shipping services directly to your clients for a seamless delivery experience.

• Signature Required: All drop-shipped orders include signature upon delivery to ensure the album is received securely and to provide proof of delivery
• Additional Cost: Drop shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be included at checkout or quoted per order

This service is highly recommended for photographers who want a secure, professional delivery experience for their clients.

🌎 International Shipping (if applicable)

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

🔁 Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
  • The client is responsible for reshipping costs
  • We will coordinate reshipment once the package is received back
